Your staff are carrying more than the timetable shows.
Your people are under real pressure. Rising need, safeguarding load, behaviour, thin resources and their own wellbeing, all at once. Most training either overwhelms them with theory or hands them a checklist they never open again. Neither changes what happens on a Monday morning, and the hidden cost lands as absence, burnout and good people quietly leaving.
